Shetland Aquaculture has today welcomed the Association of Shetland Community Councils announcement that it will carry out its own mobile phone coverage survey and lobby the Scottish Executive for support to improve coverage in the remoter parts of Shetland.

AQUACULTURE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR YELL SOUND

Six aquaculture companies operating in the Yell Sound area came together recently to sign an aquaculture management plan for the Yell Sound Coast - an area that has been designated as a Marine Special Area of Conservation (MSAC) for otters and common seals.
